Dear Library Friends,

With the arrival of Spring, we are welcomed by the sweet melodies of birds, the graceful migration of butterflies, and the debut of the O'Fallon Public Library's inaugural Youth Services Monthly Newsletter! This newsletter will feature special monthly programs and exciting activities happening in the Youth Services Department, along with a list of recurring favorite programs. As always, all library events are free and open to the public, though some events may have age restrictions or require registration.

As the days grow longer, we're excited to announce that our annual Summer Reading Program is just around the corner. This year’s theme, Level Up at Your Library, promises a summer of exciting and fun-filled reading. To make this year’s program even better, we're dedicating all our efforts to planning and preparing for the Summer Reading Program, which means we'll be pausing our regular events for the month of April. Don't worry, though – we’ll be back to our usual schedule on May 1st!

Play is key to development, fostering connections and expanding minds. The Level Up at Your Library program, a summer reading initiative for all ages, focuses on puzzles, games, STEM, chess, and coding, showing that libraries offer both learning and fun.
Mark your calendars for the 2025 Summer Reading Kickoff Sign-Up Event! Details below.

We look forward to seeing you there!
